Seasonal Field Crops

Heirloom tomatoes, specialty peppers, Dragon Tongue beans, colored cauliflower, and six rotating winter squash varieties. Grown at Chestnut Hill Farm using organic practices — no synthetic pesticides or fertilizers.

Gourmet Mushrooms

Blue and Black Pearl oyster, chestnut, king oyster, lion's mane, and seasonal chicken of the woods. Grown by our sister farm Bright Oasis Farm and available fresh each week.

Microgreens

Sunflower, pea, broccoli, radish, and chef's blends — harvested within 24 hours of pickup. Intensely flavored, nutrient-dense, and nothing like the grocery shelf.

Grafted Roots Farms at Chestnut Hill is a specialty grower operation rooted at a historic working farm and conservation property managed by The Trustees of Reservations. We grow field crops — tomatoes, peppers, beans, winter squash, leafy greens, and specialty vegetables — on-site using organic practices.

Every variety on our list was chosen for one reason: it tastes better than the commodity alternative. We supply CSA members, local households, and MetroWest-area restaurants who care about the difference.

Twenty weeks of market-style pickup at Chestnut Hill Farm, June through November. Walk through the farm stand each week and choose your own field crops — plus rotating gourmet mushrooms included bi-weekly at no extra cost. Full-season and flexible shorter memberships available.
